How quickly do you answer?
Responses vary based on coaching availability and question volume. Standard access does not guarantee same-day or immediate replies.
Is this a full throwing program?
No. Text a Coach provides guidance, not individually managed throwing, mobility, stability, lifting or conditioning programming.
Can I send videos?
Short pitching clips are welcome when they help explain a question. Quality and attachment sizes may vary across phone carriers.
Can my whole team use it?
No. One membership covers one registered pitcher. Team-wide reviews are outside the standard membership.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel future renewals at any time and keep access through your paid period.
Are there usage limits?
Membership covers reasonable personal use for a single pitcher. High-volume video breakdowns, other athletes and managed programming aren’t included. Full fair-use terms will be disclosed before enrollment.
Parent or guardian authorization is required for youth video submissions. Coaching guidance does not replace medical evaluation for pain or injury.
