ARM CARE IS PART OF EVERY PITCHER’S DEVELOPMENT

Build the engine.

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Do you coach beginners and all ages?+

Yes. Instruction is adapted for youth, teen, high school, college, and pro pitchers, including beginners. Most youth pitching lessons begin around ages 8–12. Contact Austin about younger players so the session fits their readiness.

Where are lessons held?+

Lessons serve the Tampa and St. Petersburg area, with options for surrounding Tampa Bay communities. Contact Austin with your location to confirm a suitable training site, availability, and any travel fee. No walk-in facility is listed.

What will we work on in a private lesson?+

Sessions can cover delivery mechanics, command, warm-up and throwing routines, mobility, stability, and velocity development principles. The focus depends on the player’s age, experience, workload, and goals.

How do I book and what does it cost?+

Text 402-990-4871 with the player’s name, age, location, and goals. Austin will confirm the current rate, session length, available times, and any mobile travel fee before you book.

What should a player bring?+

Bring a glove, water, appropriate footwear, and any recent throwing video you want to discuss. Confirm whether a catcher or other equipment is needed when arranging the session.

Can you help with velocity and arm care?+

Training can address efficient movement and habits that support long-term throwing development. Velocity changes vary by athlete and are never guaranteed. Coaching is not medical care; pain or an injury should be evaluated by a qualified healthcare professional.
