Austin Dubsky
Owner/Founder

Austin Dubsky was the No. 2 ranked player in Nebraska coming out of High School. He went on to pitch at the junior college and DI levels before beginning a five-year professional career.

College Baseball Career

Austin pitched two seasons at Butler Community College and two seasons at Murray State University, making 62 collegiate appearances, 49 starts, and throwing more than 250 innings between NJCAA and NCAA competition.

Northwoods League

Austin also spent part of a summer with the St. Cloud Rox in the Northwoods League, finishing 4–0 with a 1.26 ERA over 43 innings and earning All-Star recognition.

Professional Baseball Career

After college, Austin pitched professionally for five seasons with the Southern Illinois Miners, River City Rascals, Lexington Legends, and Idaho Falls Chukars. During that time he threw more than 300 innings and built a reputation for consistency, competitiveness, and durability on the mound.

2019 Playoffs

Austin’s 2019 postseason with the River City Rascals included two playoff starts where he threw 12.1 innings, allowed just two runs, and posted a 1.46 ERA with 10 strikeouts during the team’s championship run.

Coaching Experience

Austin has years of coaching experience working with pitchers at multiple levels. Before creating The Pitching Network he worked extensively with youth players, helping younger athletes develop healthy movement patterns and arm-care habits. In recent years he has focused primarily on college pitchers, guiding them through advanced mechanical adjustments, individualized routines, and long-term development planning.
